Burnout is an illness that occurs as a result of professional or personal exhaustion and produces a number of physical, psychological and emotional symptoms.




Who can be affected?


Anyone can be affected by burnout:

  • Men,

  • Women who often have to take on a lot… work, managing the home and children.

  • Children who, from a very early age, have fears about their future, inherited from the adults around them as well as from social networks, and do everything to achieve what is expected of them at school or in sport by putting pressure on themselves that is totally inappropriate for their age.


Symptoms


Burnout causes psychological and physical symptoms that are more or less intense or present, depending on the stage.




Physical symptoms are created or amplified by the brain, due to psychological distress due to its emotional overload caused by excessive mental load. (Fibromyalgia for example is often triggered following burnout). They are among others:

Remote or face-to-face energy healing sessions provide real well-being during periods of burnout because the treatment helps to act on the various physical and emotional symptoms and thus helps to improve well-being.

Burnout requires monitoring to obtain an optimal result. In general, 3 to 5 sessions are necessary to be able to act on the different symptoms because during an energy treatment, we can only work to be truly effective on 2 to 3 problems. In addition, burnout is a state of being and exhaustion that has lasted for a certain time, it therefore requires regular monitoring to be able to have an optimal effect.
